MARKET UPDATE
UAE & Korea Defence Industry Partnership
EOS is aware of media reports that the UAE and South Korea have announced a US$35 billion
defence industry co-operation agreement. EOS understands that the planned industry co-
operation extends to supply chains for integrated air defence systems, including counter-drone
technology.

During 2025 and early 2026, EOS has been in ongoing discussions with an established local
manufacturing partner in the UAE to develop proposals for UAE-based manufacturing of EOS
RWS products to support counter-drone requirements in the UAE and Korea.

This is in addition to the previously announced opportunity to supply High Energy Laser
Weapons to Korea under a conditional US$80m contract announced with Goldrone. That
contract could lead to a future High Energy Laser Weapon manufacturing program in Singapore
or Korea.

EOS expects to continue working on these opportunities during 2026. If successful, these
proposals could result in the provision of a substantial number of EOS products to Korea in
future years. There is no guarantee that any such orders will be secured.

Current Military Conflict in the Middle East
Throughout 2025 EOS has been in negotiations with several Middle Eastern governments to
provide advanced systems for air defence, including counter-drone systems. These include the
established cannon-based RWS Slinger product, our world leading High-Energy Laser APOLLO
product range, and other products.

EOS expects that the current ongoing military conflict could accelerate those opportunities.
There is no guarantee that any additional orders will be secured.
