EOS finalises debt amendment

On 22 December 2023, Electro Optic Systems Holdings Limited (“EOS” or “Company”) (ASX: EOS) announced that it has resolved its dispute with its lender, Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Company Limited (“WHSP”). That resolution included an amendment to the debt facility agreement between WHSP and EOS. The amendment was conditional on approval by another finance provider being obtained.

EOS is pleased to advise that this additional approval has now been obtained. As a result, the debt amendment has now been finalised.
