EOS Appoints Chief Strategy Officer

Commencing the new role of Chief Strategy Officer on 13 July 2020, Neil Carter assumes responsibility, in collaboration with EOS Group CEO and senior executive team for developing and communicating EOS' strategic plan, optimising the company's capital structure, maintaining investor and capital market relations, identifying strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities, and risk identification and mitigation.

Commenting on Neil's appointment, Dr Ben Greene, EOS Group CEO said:

Neil has a strong background in strategy and finance, and for the past 28 years has occupied senior executive roles in strategy consulting, investment banking and funds management.
