EOS diversifies revenue base with new contracts ($24m)

Electro Optic Systems Holdings Limited (“EOS” or “Company”) (ASX: EOS) is pleased to announce the below contracts have recently been secured.

EM Solutions secures $19m of new orders

EOS subsidiary, EM Solutions has recently received additional customer orders valued at $19m, including:

• Follow on orders from a European NATO Navy for an additional 6 King Cobra satellite communication terminals, worth $10m
• Additional orders for ground radar modules for a mining sector customer (GroundProbe), worth $5m
• Initial order of 4 Cobra terminals for a new East Asian Navy customer, worth $4m

These orders are expected to support the continued growth of EM Solutions in 2024 and beyond.

EOS Space Technologies secures a $5m contract

EOS Space Technologies has secured a $5m contract with the ADF Joint Capabilities Division in Australia to further develop space capabilities. The project is expected to be completed in 2024.

This announcement has been authorised for release to the ASX by the Board of Directors of
the Company.
